Other Important Notes

 A.) Activation by Mobile Phone
 
            This is particularly useful for those who do installation for their customers. 
 
1.)    Please key-in your mobile phone number when you do online registration via
 
      http://www.dsaalliance.com.my:8080/Submission/login.aspx
 
    
2.)    Use your mobile phone to “Activate Streamyx Services”
      The mobile phone used must be bear the mobile number used for the
      registration, as per (1) above.
 
 
      Activation:   STXACTV (space) < login id >      then  send to 33535
 
      eg,   STXACTV  ptksb      then  send to 33535     not  pktsb@streamyx          
 
              where,  ptksb  is the approved  <login id>
 
 
 
NOTE:  Activation by calling directly is possible,  please call (03) 2687-0111 

 

 

 B.) To Check Availability of Streamyx Services of a phone number:
 
1)   STX (space) <TM Fix Line Tel No> then send to 33535
 
2)      Logon to https://mips.tm.net.my/SelfCare/SelfcareMain.jsp and follow the
      instruction as appeared on www.leading.com.my/tms/checkp.pdf
 
                  Note:  Please DO NOT register online from this site !!!!
      NO commission will be paid to you if you do so.
 
             NOTE: Streamyx Login <User name> is  pktsb@streamyx     Password: dsa789
 
            where,  ptksb  is the approved  <login id>
 
 C.) Normally, an approved line (usually reflected in  http://www.dsaalliance.com.my:8080/Submission/login.aspx  
      as "Peringkat Awal")
 
      However, for all cases, you may want to double check technical status:
 
       http://sams.tm.net.my/MarketingCenter/search.asp
   
 
      Please key-in  "ADSL Service Number"   or   "Customer Login"   then click on the "Search" button
   
       eg:     ADSL Service Number    00322606599    << (03) 2260-6599.....   Extra "0" must be entered
       eg.     Customer Login               banne                 <<  Approved Login User Name   
                (Approved Login User Name is reflected in http://www.dsaalliance.com.my:8080/Submission/login.aspx  ,
                  under "Note")
 
       Please lookout for the Jumper setting indicators:   
  • Under  "J" setting, a  "green" color (Tick or  F ) means the system jumper has been properly set and is ready.... 
  • Under "Status" setting, a "Complete"  means the line has also been activated.
  • Please ignore indicator under "S"
 D.) To change default streamyx login password:
