please ask your customer to fill in a "original tm net streamyx application form"
and other relevant documents such as copy of NRIC etc..
2. Key-in some required information directly for tm net to process the application:

Normally it takes within 1-7 days for tm net to approve the application.
You may also check your customer's application via www.skygate.com.my
3. To entitle you to receive a 100% 1st month subscription fees as your commission,
you need to submit the "original tm net streamyx application form" directly to Leading Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd
4. Your commission will be paid within 14 days after successful installation.
